All of our equipment comes with a warranty period during which the service center provides user support if any questions arise regarding the purchased product.
Please note that some cases are not covered by warranty, and in such situations the repair may be subject to a fee.

Technical Support
A dedicated support phone line or online request (on the website or via a QR code on the equipment) for quick consultations on operation, configuration, and user-level maintenance (maintenance performed directly by the user).
Remote Monitoring and Diagnostics
The ability to remotely monitor equipment status to anticipate potential issues (X-ray systems, central monitoring stations, patient monitors, fetal monitoring stations, syringe pumps, anesthesia/ventilation machines).
User Training and Support
Training staff on proper equipment use.
Equipment Repair
Performed using original spare parts only, either at our service center or by an on-site engineer (when possible).
Loaner Equipment Pool
We understand the importance of reliable daily equipment operation, so in case of a long repair we provide a replacement unit (for certain items).

The HARWIND Service Centre provides a full range of post-warranty services: from diagnostics to major repairs. This means that after the warranty period expires, the client will still have full support.
All equipment purchased directly from us, or falling under the list of brands available through us — is accepted for diagnostics and repair.
To determine the price for a repair or maintenance service, a detailed diagnostic inspection is required.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I contact you just for a consultation?
YES. Engineers and senior engineers are always available (however, it’s best to contact us during business hours). You can reach out for an expert assessment regarding technical service across our entire portfolio. We also provide online consultations and training, as well as remote connection directly to the equipment for diagnostics where supported.
Can I purchase a spare part from you?
We do not distribute spare parts. Only after our specialist performs diagnostics and determines what needs to be replaced can we arrange a spare-part sale agreement, where the price includes the replacement service. We also provide a warranty period for all our services.
Do you provide a warranty for the services performed?
Yes. The standard warranty for completed work is 6 months. If a failure of the same nature occurs with the same device during this period, we will repair it free of charge.
Does an engineer travel on-site?
Yes. Engineers can travel to any location in Ukraine (not free of charge), except for active combat zones and temporarily occupied territories. We need to coordinate the details in advance.
Cooperation format with the service center (Can we sign a contract?)
We work with both individuals and legal entities, regardless of ownership type. We sign contracts for repair, diagnostics, or maintenance. We can provide services based on an invoice or an act, under a direct or tripartite contract, and we also participate in tenders (that are relevant to us).
Can I use a replacement device while my equipment is being repaired?
To minimize downtime in your patient care processes, we offer a loaner equipment program while your device is being repaired. If diagnostics show the repair is complex and will take a long time, the senior engineer for the equipment category may decide to provide the customer with comparable (not inferior) equipment for temporary use:
- In case of a warranty claim — free of charge, with an additional agreement;
- In case of a non-warranty/post-warranty repair — for an additional fee, with an additional agreement, subject to loaner availability.
*Feasibility is determined by the senior engineer of the equipment category;
**Not all equipment is available for this service due to safety considerations and regulatory restrictions (e.g., X-ray systems).
Which cases are not covered by warranty?
The warranty does not cover consumables and software, nor damage caused by other equipment operating together with this device.
The warranty is void if the user does not follow the operating rules or if the device has a defect that occurred due to:
- Mechanical damage;
- Maintenance performed by the buyer independently or by a third party;
- Broken seals or markings on any part of the equipment;
- Unacceptable physical or electrical loads;
- Connection to an unprotected power network without an uninterruptible power supply (UPS);
- Use of non-original (incorrect) consumables and parts;
- Loss of functionality due to foreign objects, liquids, insects, etc. getting inside the equipment;
- Intentional or accidental user actions;
- Use of the equipment not as intended.
How long does a repair take?
We can answer this question only after diagnosing the equipment failure. Repair time ranges from 1 day if you bring the device in and parts are available, to several months if the failure is complex and parts must be ordered from the manufacturer.
We commit to completing all warranty repairs within 14 calendar days.
Do you repair equipment that was not purchased from us?
Our service center provides maintenance and repairs only for equipment in Harwind’s portfolio, since our engineers are trained by manufacturers and have the required knowledge and tools to perform high-quality work.
