General Provisions
The administration of this website https://harwind.ua/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) is carried out by HARWIND LLC, EDRPOU code 43871582, a legal entity registered and operating in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
The Company treats the confidential (personal) information of all persons who have visited the Website, as well as those who use the services provided by the Website, with great respect. Therefore, the Company seeks to protect the confidentiality of personal data (information or a set of information about an individual who is identified or can be specifically identified), thereby creating and ensuring the most comfortable conditions for using the Website’s services for each user.
This Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) sets out the procedure for the Company’s processing of personal data, the types of personal data collected, the purposes of using such personal data, the Company’s interaction with third parties, security measures for protecting personal data, conditions for access to personal data, as well as contact information for the user regarding access to, modification, blocking, or deletion of their personal data and for submitting any questions you may have regarding personal data protection practices.
Collection and Use of Personal Data
The owner and controller of the personal data of Website users is HARWIND LLC.
When a user uses the Website’s services, the Company processes the user’s data, namely:
- data provided by the user both when filling out registration forms and during the use of services;
- cookie files;
- IP addresses;
- parameters and settings of internet browsers (User-Agent).
The Company collects only the personal data (for example, your first and last name, login and password, email address, contact phone number, date of birth, gender, etc.) that is consciously and voluntarily provided by you as the data subject for the purpose of using the Website’s services. Processing of Personal Data
Processing and storage of the provided personal data is carried out in data centers where the equipment ensuring the operation of the Website’s services is located. The provided personal data is processed and may be stored in the Personal Data Database or in a separate table of the Website’s database.

Retention Period of Personal Data
Personal data is stored for no longer than necessary in accordance with the purpose of its processing.
After the personal data subject ceases to be a user of the Website by deleting their account on the Website, their personal data is also automatically deleted.

Conditions for Access to Personal Data
The procedure for third-party access to personal data is determined by the terms of the user’s consent provided to the personal data owner for processing such data, or in accordance with the requirements of the law.
The user has the right to receive any information about themselves from any subject of relations related to personal data, provided they specify their surname, first name and patronymic, place of residence (place of stay), and details of the identity document of the individual submitting the request, except in cases established by law.
User access to their own data is provided free of charge.
Deferral of the user’s access to their personal data is not permitted.
Deferral of access to third parties’ personal data is permitted if the requested data cannot be provided within thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request. In such case, the total period for resolving the issues raised in the request may not exceed forty-five calendar days.
Notice of deferral is communicated to the third party who submitted the request in writing, with an explanation of the procedure for appealing such a decision.
A decision to defer or refuse access to personal data may be appealed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or to the court.
Rights of the Personal Data Subject
The Company informs you of your rights as a personal data subject, regulated by the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection,” namely:
1) to know the sources of collection, the location of their personal data, the purpose of processing, and the location or place of residence (stay) of the owner or controller of personal data, or to provide an appropriate authorization to receive this information by an authorized person, except in cases established by law;
2) to receive information about the conditions for granting access to personal data, including information about third parties to whom their personal data is transferred;
3) to access their personal data;
4) to receive, no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request (except as provided by law), a response as to whether their personal data is being processed, and to receive the content of such personal data;
5) to submit a reasoned objection to the owner of personal data against the processing of their personal data;
6) to submit a reasoned request to change or destroy their personal data by any owner and controller of personal data if such data is processed unlawfully or is inaccurate;
7) to protect their personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, or damage due to intentional concealment, failure to provide, or untimely provision, as well as to protect against the provision of information that is inaccurate or discredits the honor, dignity, and business reputation of an individual;
8) to file complaints regarding the processing of their personal data with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or with the court;
9) to apply legal remedies in case of violations of personal data protection legislation;
10) to make reservations regarding restricting the right to process their personal data when giving consent;
11) to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
12) to know the mechanism of automated processing of personal data;
13) to be protected against an automated decision that has legal consequences for them.
