The Mindray A3 anesthesia machine is a brand new, fully functional anesthesia system designed to provide flexibility, adaptability, and efficiency in various clinical scenarios. The system is ideal for both traditional operating rooms and anesthesia outside the operating room (NORA), such as dentistry, endoscopy, CT. The device offers tools for precise anesthesia management and streamlined workflows, helping to improve the quality and efficiency of anesthetic care. With its compact and modular design, the device easily adapts to different conditions and the needs of patients of all age groups — from infants to adults.

Advantages

  • Electronic gas flow control: Implemented electronic flow measurement with a convenient display of a virtual flowmeter on the main screen. This ensures precise and rapid adjustment of oxygen concentration and fresh gas flow, guaranteeing accurate anesthesia management.
  • Universal ventilation: The device supports a full range of controlled and assisted ventilation modes (including VCV, PCV, PCV-VG, SIMV-VC, SIMV-PC, CPAP/PS). The minimum tidal volume is 10 ml (5 ml for PCV-VG), suitable for all patients from infants to adults.
  • High-flow oxygen therapy (HFNC): Built-in high-flow nasal cannula (HFNC) function with direct flow setting of O2 up to 60 l/min. This improves oxygenation and washes out dead space.
  • Intuitive interface: Equipped with a 12.1-inch high-resolution capacitive touch screen, which allows displaying up to three waveforms and spirometric loops, as well as customizing the screen content for individual procedures.
  • Multi-gas monitoring: Support for plug-and-play multi-gas modules from Mindray for comprehensive breath-by-breath analysis (Fi/EtO2, Et/FiCO2, Et/FI N2O) and automatic detection of five anesthetic agents with MAC calculation.
  • Adaptability to scenarios: The system has four configuration options (standard, suspended, compact, and wall-mounted versions), extending its application to various NORA scenarios.
  • Reliable gas supply: An optional built-in turbine module can be used as the leading gas in case of absence of high-pressure gas supply. The leading gas auto-switch function ensures safe ventilation.
  • Easy maintenance: Integrated compact breathing circuit with a heating module reduces condensation. The system easily disassembles without tools, compatible with both reusable and disposable canisters, and all parts of the circuit are autoclaved to prevent cross-contamination.
