The Mindray A9 anesthesia machine is an innovative anesthesia system designed to ensure comprehensive patient safety throughout the entire perioperative period, from induction to recovery. With a new electronic platform, the A9 combines classic, proven features with advanced technologies, allowing intuitive and safe management of the anesthesia procedure for a wide range of patients. The device's interface is designed with a deep understanding of the clinical workflow, helping to reduce staff workload and ensure maximum patient safety.

Advantages

  • Automated anesthesia (ACA): Automatically adjusts the flow of fresh gas and the output of the vaporizer to quickly achieve the target concentration of end-tidal agent and oxygen. This reduces user interaction and minimizes the consumption of anesthetics and fresh gas.
  • IT-level ventilation: VE (Volume Exchanger) design provides extremely precise and reliable ventilation with a minimum tidal volume of 5 ml. This ensures rapid wash-in and wash-out due to the small system volume.
  • Protective ventilation tools: Integrated powerful tools for protective ventilation that help prevent postoperative pulmonary complications. They include monitoring of transpulmonary pressure and lung recruitment tool (stepwise PEEP or sustained inflation) with the possibility of automatic scheduling of the maneuver.
  • High-flow oxygen therapy (HFNC): Built-in HFNC function with a maximum flow of up to 100 l/min. It extends the safe apneic oxygenation time to 30 minutes during induction, which is especially important for patients with difficult airways.
  • Ergonomic design: Equipped with an 18.5-inch capacitive touch screen that rotates 360 degrees. Features an electronic flowmeter that retains user-friendly traditional regulators.
  • Workflow automation: Rapid automatic system check (in 3.5 minutes) without manual intervention. The Optimizer function provides decision support to reduce fresh gas flow, ensuring an economical and “green” operating room.
  • Integration: High flexibility of integration with Mindray patient monitors, infusion pumps, ultrasound, and third-party clinical information systems to optimize workflows.
